What I've Learned Part II

The best way to get to know your employees is to drink with them at happy hour.

I never went to an audition not expecting to get the audition.

Regardless of your age: Peer Pressure still exist.

Being rich
is not important to me. I just refuse to live paycheck-to-paycheck.

If Oprah Winfreyy told my resume to producers/directors I'd be an A-List actor by now.

I wasn't in the top-half of my high school class.
I had 1.75 GPA my freshman year in college. I graduated with a bachelors degree and later my masters. Don't let your current circumstances affect your future endeavors.

If I were president for a day I'd give homeless people the opportunity to share their stories. (The homeless people who ask for food, not money)

My dog has gained 1 pound in the last 7 years. She eats the same food (with a treat once a day) and drinks plenty of water.

When I got laid off my last job (with the Washington Nationals Baseball Club) I was ashamed to tell everyone. That was the first time someone told me that you weren't good enough. Though some of my motivation is to thank them at my award speech, it was a blessing in disguise in my personal life.

The worst feeling known to mankind is passing gas by yourself and someone coming close to you 3 seconds later.

Ass Man > Breast Man

Twitter is a great marketing tool where you create your brand. If you tweet for the sole purpose of the quantity of followers it a waste of time.

Time is the most precious thing we have. The only thing we lose, but never gain.

The difference between those who want and those who are is the belief that you can.

Never allow someone to tell you that you can't achieve your goals. Your family isn't exempt from these people.

One opportunity can change your life forever. Don't be discouraged.

Friends support the journey. Associates support the fame that comes with your success.

Everybody has their time. Don't question God if it isn't yours yet.

A degree
of any kind is only as good as who you know.

I pray at least 5 times a day. Not in a church or in a dark room on my knees. Instead, I look at 5 people and thank God because my situation could be much worse.

Don't mistake ego for confidence. Self-esteem is a powerful weapon if used properly.

My biggest pet-peeve is people posting quotes from noticeable people, but not acknowledging who said it.

I did a fashion show for a junior high school and a 7th grader asked to take a picture with me after the show. She said the last time she took a picture with a celebrity was with R. Kelly. I told her I can't do the picture.

Life would be more simple if we were all virgins (b4 marriage).

Charm. Wit. Debonair. (In that order)
